We certify that all our LadyGum® costume jewelry has a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
⚠️ note: the 3-month warranty is only valid for e-shop purchases made on our website www.ladygum.com. We do not take into account purchases made in store, in case of problems, contact the store manager.
In case of return of item:
1. Download the return form
2. Print and complete the return form
3. Attach the return form with the jewelry in its original packaging

*LadyGum® team does not take into account the costs for product returns: any possible costs will be at your expense. Products received damaged will not be refunded.
